Which payment methods are accepted on visilab.ch? 

We accept the following payment methods on visilab.ch: 

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Postcard) 
• TWINT 
• Invoice 
• MyOne Manor 
• PayPal. 

How does payment by invoice work? 

Invoices are managed by Visilab’s partner, MF Group Factoring SA/PowerPay. Once you have placed your order on visilab.ch, and you have chosen payment by invoice as the payment method, you will receive an invoice by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. This e-mail includes a link for requesting to receive the invoice by post. The administrative costs for sending this invoice are at your expense. 

Why can't I pay by invoice?

Our billing system is based on a credit check that is carried out when you register or change your address, as well as when you place an order.

The credit check takes into account the billing address you entered when you registered. In particular, this is compared with your name.

A change of name that has not yet been officially updated and registered, a move or a change of business address may therefore cause our system to detect an anomaly and refuse payment of the invoice. An unregistered building or residence, e.g. with your partner, could be the reason for a refusal to pay online.

Please make sure that your information in your personal area is always up to date.

In addition, we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods, either generally or for certain customers, without further justification. To find out more: Consult our general conditions of sale.

How does payment by credit card work? 

Payments by credit card are handled by Visilab’s partner, Saferpay. This is a fully secure payment system, as we cannot access your bank details at any time thanks to the encryption provided by Saferpay during payment.
