The satisfaction guarantee allows you to exchange your frames, optical lenses, sunglasses or contact lenses within 30 days of purchase, whether for aesthetic, comfort or adaptation reasons. Visilab will reimburse the difference if the new frame or lenses cost less. Otherwise, the difference is at your expense. Visilab will accept one exchange only within 30 days of your purchase. 

Your frame and lenses are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for up to 2 years after delivery of your glasses. Within this period, Visilab will replace your frame and lenses with identical models. 

A Visilab optician will define your personal visual profile and advise you on the optical equipment that is best suited to your needs. 

With the help of digital technology, high-precision measurements are systematically taken to ensure perfect centring of your optical lenses. 

Depending on your style, personality, visual correction and expectations, receive personalised advice to help you make your choice – either in store or, in a simplified manner, online. Try on your favourite optical glasses or sunglasses in 3D on our website, and reserve up to 4 models for a fitting in store. 

Proper adjustment in store is vital to make sure that you leave our store with a perfectly adapted and comfortable pair of glasses. If you buy your glasses online, Visilab will offer you this service in any of its stores. 

When you purchase a pair of glasses, you will receive a free Visilab optical cleaning spray to make sure that you clean the lenses properly. It can be recharged for just CHF 1. The symbolic franc will be donated to the UCBA, the Swiss Central Union for the Blind.  

Throughout the lifetime of your glasses, we offer you the possibility to change the inserts, screws and sleeves, as well as to have your glasses cleaned by an ultrasonic bath and to have the frame adjusted.
