Breakage insurance
Breakage insurance covers all your optical equipment – frames and lenses – from the date of delivery of your glasses, for 2 years for adults and for 1 year for juniors up to the age of 18.
It covers the following risks:

For the frame: breakage and torsion

For the lenses: breakage, cracks and scratches that impair vision
Conditions applicable to breakage insurance:

During the 1st year from the date of delivery of your glasses, broken or damaged parts are replaced free of charge.

During the 2nd year, a contribution of 30% of the price of the new item must be paid by adults.
If the frame is no longer available in store, Visilab undertakes to replace it with another model of an equivalent price, according to the same conditions.
Breakage insurance is available for the following prices:

CHF 25 for 2 years – single-vision lenses for adults

CHF 35 for 2 years – progressive lenses for adults

CHF 10 for 1 year for juniors up to the age of 18
