Visilab has received the “Top Customer Service Award” in the “lenses, glasses & contact lenses” category.
Since it was founded in 1988, Visilab has endeavoured to establish customer service standards of the highest quality. Today, the professionalism, commitment, and passion of our opticians and optometrists have been rewarded with the 1st prize for the best customer service in 2024 in the “lenses, glasses & contact lenses” category.
This award follows an independent survey conducted by Blick and Statista, comprising 40,000 ratings in 73 categories. The main evaluation criteria that led Blick and Statista to choose Visilab were accessibility, professionalism, customer focus, likelihood to recommend and communication.
This award is the culmination of the efforts of our teams to collect feedback from our customers and to constantly improve the quality of our services on the basis of their comments and observations.
